All orders ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. If you are Candian we recommend USPS shipping due to the high duty fees that UPS charges. -

Orders usually ship from 1 to 14 days from the time you order. There are several factors that determine how quickly your order will be shipped. corpse factory maintains inventory of product; during our busy season (June through October) inventory moves quickly and we do not always have what you order in stock. Some items are build to order (we build them when you order them).

Returns and Cancellations

Most products may be returned within 30 days of receiving the product (with exceptions, see below)

Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable

There will be a 25% restocking fee on orders over $1000 returned within 15 days of receiving the product

There will be no returns on DVD’s, CD’s, masks, costumes, or wigs at any time period unless received defective

There will be no cancellations allowed in excess of 7 days after placing an order.

All items purchased prior to Oct. 31st can not be returned after Oct. 31st of the same year. Any items purchased after Oct. 31st will be subject to the regular return policy stated above.
In the unlikey event that you need to return something please Contact us by e-mail. Any returns sent to us without first obtaining prior authorization will be returned to you.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
RETURNING MERCHANDISE BY MAIL
On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). Please use one of the return labels provided on the front of your packing slip to ensure proper return address and credit information.
OTHER ITEMS
All cosmetic and bath items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a credit/refund or exchange to be issued. Restricted items must be returned using ground transportation.
